Returns and Refunds Policy

What can be returned

  • Retail Packs: Only unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
  • Non-returnable items: All items, except those specifically mentioned above, are ineligible for return.
  • Note: All product levels for items sold as partials are estimated based on our decanting records and may differ slightly from those shown in the product listing. As a result, orders for partials are non-refundable.

What we can replace

We currently don't offer exchanges.
We offer replacements for eligible items 
only in the following cases:

  • If a product was damaged in transit.
  • If a product has a manufacturing defect.
  • If you receive an incorrect item.

Please make a note of the following terms and conditions:

  • Please record a single, continuous unboxing video as proof in case of damage or missing items. Without this video, refunds will not be processed.

  • We cannot accept returns or replacements for products with a tampered cellophane seal.

  • You must request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be returned in its original, sealed packaging, in the same condition it was received.

How to Initiate Refund or Return

  • Please use the Returns/Refunds form in the website and include the reason for return/refund with your contact number
  • We may contact you for further information after receiving your email.
  • If your request is approved, we'll arrange a reverse pick-up from your original delivery address.
  • Ensure the product is securely packed for return.
